Text: Ephesians 2:11-22
As you know we have a vision here that Together We are a Reaching, Discipling, and Sending church.
We are living out this vision right here in our own backyard in such a huge way.
Schools, Workplaces, Communities and so much more.
But the Lord has also given us the vision to take this vision around the World. God's vision was clear to us through His son Jesus in the very last words of Jesus found in Acts 1:8 [NIV] But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."
Jerusalem - Your city
Judea - Your state
Samaria - Your country
Ends of the earth - around the world.
I also say "I want to be a part of a vision that is so much larger than me and this church which requires complete dependence on the Lord.

It is a vision the Apostle Paul had after his Damascus Road experience where he experienced Christ and was saved.
Paul traveled over 10,000 miles and established more than 14 churches that had many house churches connected to them.
Matter of Fact the passage today Eph 2:11-22 is one of the most significant ecclesiology sections in the whole New Testament.
It is a real challenge to the local church and how the church should rally together.
It is Paul challenging us on what a Together WE Church Looks like.
Most of the Ephesus church was made up of Gentiles.
Remember Gentiles were those who were not born Jewish, not born as citizens of Israel - God's "chosen" people.
So the Jews created the word Gentiles as a derogatory word to describe those that were not the special folks.
Yet, when Jesus came, he crushed that narrative and made it clear I have come for all people.
