A. Everyone has stress.
1. ''Stress is the gap between demands placed on us and the strength we have in meeting those demands.''
2. Christians deal with stress as do non-christians.
3. Christian parents were asked in regards to your children what causes you to lose the most sleep.

B. The pace of today's life causes much of the stress we face.
