Title: Love Without End
Author: Scott Maze
Text: 1 John 4:17-5:3
This morning I want to speak to you on the theme of just about every country song, jazz, pop, and rock song you ever hear. I want to talk to you about love. I want to talk to you about experiencing a Love without End.
Find 1 John 3 with me (page 1212 in the black pew Bibles) if you will.
This Bible is supernatural and as I like to remind you, as we read it, it reads us. Yes, the Bible is the one book that reads you as you read it. We desperately need the voice of God in our lives today. Today we continue our yearlong study of the book of 1 John.

It's not like John simply repeats himself when he returns to each of these topics. But John doesn't just recycle the same themes. Instead, he shows us further insights into love, obedience, and the truth while showing us God's truths from a different point of view.1
And once again, the Apostle John is calling on us to love one another.
Today's Scripture
"By this is love perfected with us, so that we may have confidence for the day of judgment, because as he is so also are we in this world. There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and whoever fears has not been perfected in love. We love because he first loved us. If anyone says, "I love God," and hates his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen cannot love God whom he has not seen. And this commandment we have from him: whoever loves God must also love his brother.
Everyone who believes that Jesus is the Christ has been born of God, and everyone who loves the Father loves whoever has been born of him. By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and obey his commandments. For this is the love of God, that w ...
