I. Introduction

A. Recent movie: liar, liar. A little boy Whose dad could never keep his word. He lied constantly.

B. Like little boy who told his mom he Saw a lion in the yard. She told him it Was a collie. He was known to be a Little untruthful, so, to teach him a Lesson she told him to go to his room And pray about it. When he returned, She asked, ''what did god think about It?'' he replied, ''god said, not to Worry about it. The first time he saw That dog he thought it was a lion.''

C. When we were kids we would say, ''Liar, liar pants on fire.'' the truth is There is one lies to you in order to Destroy your life.

D. There are several lies satan will Tell.

1. They are recorded in the first Book of the bible.

2. In genesis 3 is the story that led To heartache in the world.

E. Satan had to lie and does so today. What if he told eve the truth?

1. I want to bring heartache into Your life.

2. Rob you of peace.

3. Create guilt.

4. Tarnish your reputation.

5. Hurt your future.

F. Tonight, we will look at several lies Teens are being told today.

I. You cannot trust god.

A. He wants to corrupt your thinking About god.

1. He wants you to think Negatively about god.

2. Has god said, you can't have this Or you can't do that?

Ill. See this garden. These luscious Tress and beautiful fruit? Think This is for you, but it is not.

3. Satan has placed it in the minds Of many that everything that You find pleasurable is illegal, Immoral, or fattening.

4. God is not out to spoil your Party. He is out to protect you.

B. He wants to challenge the authority Figures in your life.

1. ''Eve, eve make up your on mind. It is your life.

2. Rebel. Do your on thing.

Ii. One little bite won't hurt.
