A. All is not right with the world. Anyone who has been on this planet For a while recognizes that. Among The many perplexing problems one Has to deal with is the major problem Of trials, especially among god's People.
B. The book ''when your rope breaks'' by Stephen brown is all about dealing With trials. It is an excellent book For anyone who is struggling with Major trials in their lives. In this Book the author points out that since Man's dilemma in the garden things Have been terribly wrong. Suffering, Sin, and death have robbed millions.
C. Job pointed this out in the midst of his Suffering in job 3:23-26.
D. Today, i want us to gain some insight On dealing with the trials in our Lives.
E. In dealing with trials we must:
I. Discover what trials are not.
F. Trials are not unusual in anyone's Life.
1. Trials are not limited to one Group or one type person.
A. Most of would have little difficulty if Trials only affected the wicked.
B. Matthew 5: 45 ''he causes the sun to Rise on the evil and the good, and Sends rain on the righteous and the Unrighteous.
2. Everyone sooner or later Experiences trials in his or her Life.
G. Trials don't go unnoticed.
1. We often think nobody, Including god, notices or cares About what we are going Through.
2. God does know and he does care.
H. There are three times when you Simply have to take god at his word, That he does know and understand.
1. When things i believe should Never happen do.
2. When things i believe should Happen do not.
3. When things i believe should Happen now happen much later.
Ii. Focus correctly.
A. When trials come we will look in one Of several directions.
1. Self.
2. Circumstances.
3. Others.
4. Savior.
