- Happy Father's Day! To our dads in the room and those of you watching online, we hope you have a fabulous day. We have a gift for you in the lobby as you leave. It's just a small way to express our gratitude and appreciation to all of you.

- Last year we began a tradition on Father's Day. This will be a tradition that serves us well for many years to come. In fact, it could possibly be a tradition that is passed on from one generation to the next. On Father's Day, I find the best "dad jokes" and I share them with you. You know what "dad jokes" are, don't you? These are the corny or cringy jokes dads tell to make their kids laugh or to embarrass them. That's right, these jokes are so amazing they can serve two purposes at once. That's how incredible these jokes are!

- *In fact, I recently read an article on Fox News that said "Dad Jokes" help kids develop into healthy adults. These jokes teach your children how to cope with embarrassment or awkwardness. Here's a quote: "By continually telling their children jokes that are so bad that they're embarrassing, fathers may push their children's limits for how much embarrassment they can handle. They show their children that embarrassment isn't fatal."1 So, to my children and all the other kids who hate our dad jokes, YOU'RE WELCOME!
