- From my earliest memories, I always loved my church and the people in it. As a kid, being a part was no big challenge for me. We played, sang, talked, and even were Baptized together; it was good. For me, I just loved being at, working in, and hanging around the church building. As I grew older, my love and talent for music kind of developed. My home church began to allow me to lead and sing, so I was set. However, I always knew there was something missing.

- As a high school junior, I served my first church as "Music Director", then I returned to my home church, which was without a music leader, and spent a great deal of time singing and leading for them.

- Graduating from High School, I entered college as a Church Music major. Over the next 20 years, I completed my college degree, got married, became a parent, and served as a Minister of Music in several churches. During this time, while I had numerical success in the music ministry, I still had a sense that something was missing. I was doing all the right things, but something was wrong.

- Then, in January 1989, it happened. After all these years of singing, speaking, and working ostensibly for Him, I met Him. It was life changing.

- I share this because I fear that many are just like I was, who, on the outside, looks good but, in that place that you never allow anyone to see, you know something is missing; you know there is more, you know that what people see is not what you really are. You know it. You'll never admit it, but you know it just the same. In fact, it'll make you cranky. Do you know why? "YOU are afraid you will be found out."

- The day is coming when every one of us will stand before Jesus. When we stand before Him, we will be 'naked.' (Don't get hung up on that word because it's not about a 'body type' because that will be unimportant.) Here's the meaning, NOTHING WILL BE HIDDEN FROM HI ...
