DESCRIPTION OF SERMON: Have you ever been in the land of not enough? God shows us through scripture that when there is famine in the land, to stand and believe in His Word and He shall supply more than enough! Choose to commit your life to the Lord Jesus Christ. Walk in His ways, and follow His commands all the days of your life. As you follow these instructions, you'll see the blessings in every pot!

2 Kings 4:38, the background to these verses reveal that Elisha had become a prophet of God and he was going through the land releasing the Word of God to those that would receive it. It says in 2 Kings 4:38-44, "And Elisha came again to Gilgal and there was a famine in the land; and the sons of the prophets were sitting before him..." He had a school of the prophets; he was raising up preachers and prophets for the kingdom of God to go out into the land to proclaim the Word of God. I believe that God in this day is raising up prophets and preachers to go throughout the land to proclaim the Word of God into our nation. "...and he said unto his servant, Set on the great pot, and boil pottage for the sons of the prophets. And one went out into the field to gather herbs, and found a wild vine, and gathered from it wild gourds his lap full, and came and shred them into the pot of pottage; for they knew them not. So they poured out for the men to eat. And it came to pass, as they were eating of the pottage, that they cried out, and said, O thou man of God, there is death in the pot. And they could not eat the pottage. But Elisha said, The bring meal. And he cast it into the pot; and he said, Pour out for the people, that they may ...
