We welcome you with us today, and we are honored to have you worship with us. Today is Palm Sunday, and we are one week away from Easter Sunday. Palm Sunday is the day when Jesus entered the city of Jerusalem, marking His final week of ministry.
I invite you to find 1 John 2 with me.
I would have loved to see Jesus walk on water. I would have loved to see Him raise the dead and make the blind see. How I would have loved being there to see Jesus raise from the dead that first Easter Sunday. But, friend, if I can only see one thing in Jesus' life, I am so glad I will be able to see the Second Coming of Jesus Christ! I don't care if there are two trillion people on the surface of the earth when Jesus returns, every eye of every person will see Him when He returns.
The man who is sleeping will wake up. The man who is working will look up. The man who is sitting will stand up. Those who are talking will shut up.1 Every saint and every sinner on earth will have his and her eyes glued to the Lord Jesus Christ. Every president and every politician, every dictator and diplomat, every soldier and every statesman is going to his or her undivided attention to Jesus on that day.
Again, today we celebrate Palm Sunday Just as early believers prepared for Jesus' coming to Jerusalem some 2,000 years ago, the Bible encourages us to prepare for His Second Coming today.

"And now, little children, abide in him, so that when he appears we may have confidence and not shrink from him in shame at his coming. 29 If you know that he is righteous, you may be sure that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of him.
