A dwarf is someone with stunted growth. The reason why dwarfism exists is that something blocks 'HGH'. HGH is the human growth hormone. HGH is blocked or restricted, and this leads to dwarfism. Because this absolutely necessary hormone is either missing or unusually restricted, intended growth, desired growth, does not occur. In order for you to grow spiritually, there must be the unrestricted flow of 'sGH', spiritual growth hormone. The hormone that God uses to grow us is a hormone called 'Grace'. Grace is the goodness of God flowing through the life of the believer. There is a grace hormone blocker that can lead you to being a spiritual dwarf. There is something that blocks the free flow of grace. Sin is the thing that can interrupt or interfere with God's desired flow of grace in your life. Sin has the potential to restrict God's grace leading to you have stunted spiritual growth.1
Today's Scripture
"This is the message we have heard from him and proclaim to you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say we have fellowship with him while we walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth. 7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus his Son cleanses us from all sin. 8 If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. 9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 10 If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us" (1 John 1:5-10).
