Malachi 3:7-12
If you have your Bible, please turn to the last book of the Old Testament, the Book of Malachi. We've been in a series on the Book of Malachi, going through this great book verse by verse. Today, we want to ask the question, "Will a man rob God?"
How many in this room have ever been robbed? Some way, or somehow, somebody has robbed you, taken something from you? I had a friend of mine who had his identify stolen. He had had some people over, and they had been gone for about 30 minutes, and he thought, well, maybe somebody's come back; they had forgotten something. And he opens the door. A man points a gun in his face and says, "Everett, I'm going to rob you." Knew his name. Everett didn't know who he was. Knew his name. He took Everett to the back part of Everett's house. He handcuffed him to the pipes underneath his sink in his bathroom, and he wanted one thing, that Rolex, that Presidential gold Rolex. Everett said, "I've never felt so violated in all my life."
