How many people in this room love Christmastime? Christmastime is just the best. And it's especially the best when you are a kid because there's just nothing quite like Christmastime.

When I was a kid growing up, you got presents and stuff at your birthday, but it's not like at Christmas. I mean, Christmas you just get loaded down with gifts. And so, I would get so excited as a little kid about Christmas. The way my family did it, when I was a little kid, you couldn't open your presents until Christmas morning. And, you know, it was hard to go to sleep on Christmas Eve night because it's just like, I just can't wait for Christmas morning. And then Christmas morning would come, and you'd just run into the den where the tree was, and you'd see all these presents. It was just awesome. And the anticipation leading up to Christmas morning was exciting.

Now I remember my little sister and I, talked my mom into letting us open a gift under the tree on Christmas Eve morning, just something to tied us over. We would get gifts from different family members that lived out of state. One aunt in Takoma, Washington, would always send gifts. When you get them and they're all wrapped so pretty, your mind just goes wild with how great this could be. What is this? This could be the greatest gift I've ever gotten. And so, we would ask my mom, "Can we just open one gift." She said, "Okay, just one gift." I remember there were just a number of gifts under the tree. I was looking at which one, and I picked this one. I'm like six or seven years old. I picked this one, open it up, so excited. It was a wallet! When you're seven, you don't have a lot to put in the wallet.
