Genesis Chapter 1 (1 of 47)
Series: Genesis

Genesis 1
I am excited that we as a church body will be going through one of the most important, yet ignored, books of the Bible—The Book of Genesis. I predict that we will be in this study for a number of years, Lord willing, so I would suggest that we get ready for some serious, long term Bible study.
I must inform you in advance that in some portions of this book we will be covering main points of the chapter while in other portions of the study we will be covering a more in-depth analysis of what “thus saith the Lord”.

14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.
15 She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.
Can we say that about the word of God in our lives today? Are the scriptures indeed more precious than anything that we can d ...
