Genesis 21

The Birth of Isaac

1 And the LORD visited Sarah as he had said, and the LORD did unto Sarah as he had spoken.
2 For Sarah conceived, and bare Abraham a son in his old age, at the set time of which God had spoken to him.

Sometime between chapters 18 and 22 Sarah demonstrated faith in God to conceive. Given only the text of Genesis and Hebrews I conclude that her faith in God took place during this time.

Hebrews 11:11

She believed God, because she considered who He was, thus she knew that she could trust in what He said. When God announced to Sarah that she was going to give birth, she considered who said it and that was it, not at the first, but according to this text, it did happen. She believed in the trustworthiness of God.
