RESTORATION
Part III
Romans 11: 26-36

When you're in a service of worship and you see the very evidence of God in
every song that is sung and the prayers that is offered, it's overwhelming,
is it not? The choir, the music, the testimony, the feeling, people sitting
in the vestibule in the middle of summer for just an ol' Sunday night church
service - it's of God. It's of God. To be in His house...to have the
privilege and the joy of worshipping and praising Him.

You're Bibles are already open! I know everybody has a Bible open. I don't
have a doubt in my mind. If you did not bring your Bible, shame on you. You
can hide though and not let that be known by looking at the end of the pews.
There're Bibles disguised as hymn books for our visitors. And you can get
those out and use them. If you're sitting by somebody and you don't know them,
just say, "I'm looking on with you." Because this is how we do it in the
Fellowship of Excitement.

As we begin our study tonight, I hope we'll go to the Lord for a moment of
prayer together.

"Lord, Your music has thrilled us. We're heard the gospel through the notes
and through every chord. And now we pray not vainly but from the depths of
our being that You will speak and let me get out of the way so that Thy word
and Thy holy and divine message might be heard, understood, and, 0 dear

Father, by the power of the third Person of the Trinity, may it be actually

applied so that tomorrow - no, Lord, even tonight - we'll be radically

different because You have spoken clearly to us Your word of love, Your word

of faith, Your word of grace. For we pray in the strong, holy name of Jesus

Christ, our Savior and our Lord. Amen."
