DISINTEGRATION OF THE FAMILY - PART I

Romans 1:16-32



Chapter number 1, I'll read verse 18 through verse 25:

18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all
ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth
in unrigh@teousness;
19 Because that which is known about God is evident w-'-tliin
them; for God made if- evident to them.
20 For since the creation of the world his invisib.l.e
attributes, his eternal power and divine nature have been
clearly seen being understood through what has been made; so
that they are without excuse:
21 For even though they knew God, they did not honor him as
God, or give thanks; but they became futile in their
speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22 Professing to be wise, they became fools,
23 And exchanged the glory of the uncorruptible God for an
image in the form of corruptible man, and of birds, and
fourfooted animals, and crawling creatures.
24 Therefore God gave them over in the lusts of their hearts to
inipurity, that their bodies might be dishonoured among them:

25 For they exchanged the truth of God for a lie...

Let's pray together. Father, we're here in this hour to seek Thy face.
We have listened to the news of the world, we've read the headlines in
our papers, we've exchanged opinions with one another; but now Father,
we seek that clear, informative, illuminating word from Thee. You
speak, let me get out of the way so that thy wo-rd and thy divine message
might not cnly be heard but may it be received and understood and
incorporated into our lifestyles for we make this prayer in the strong
holy sa ...
