As we begin let us join hearts asking the Lord to fill each Word with His presence, His wisdom, and clarity of Kingdom of God principles. ‘‘Father God Almighty, You are the First and Last, You are the Alpha and Omega, and You are the Prince of Peace. Come and anoint each and every word with Your glorious presence. Come and take over my mind, take over this sermon, that only You will receive all the glory. But Lord Jesus, You are the Christ the true Messiah. Touch every heart who reads this literary work may it change them in a positive way.

Luke 16:19-22
‘‘There was a certain rich man who was clothed in purple and fine linen and fared sumptuously every day. But there was a certain beggar named Lazarus, full of sores, who was laid at his gate, desiring to be fed with the crumbs which fell from the rich man’s table. Moreover the dogs came and licked his sores. So it was that the beggar died, and was carried by the angels to Abraham’s bosom. The rich man also died and was buried.

When Jesus taught about the Kingdom of God’s principles, Jesus uses these creative stories to teach how His Kingdom functions. Parables are not real stories, but fabricated tales with morals or teaching moments in simple terms everyone can understand. A story to drive home some truths about how the Kingdom of God functions.
