THE AFFAIR-PROOF MARRIAGE
I John 4:7-11
I hope you have your Bibles opened already. You'll find them in the pews
in front of you. Ah, not disguised as hymnals. They look different from
our hymnals. What color's our hymnals? I only know the Bibles are black,
the hymnals are what? Green. It's the same green that you have down
here? Is it the same green? Close, close. So get a Bible there. You can
find I John by knowing where it is. I and II and III John, Jude,
Revelation -- and you got a page number there. Notice, how many have
noticed the page number of the Bible in the bulletin already? Have you
seen that? Good. That's only for the men. All the ladies can find the
books in the Bible, but men, sometime, we get lost back there. So I hope
that you are able to turn with me to this passage. We're gonna read I
John, chapter number 4, verse 7 through verse 11. I John 4:7-11.
7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God
and every one that loveth is born of God and knoweth
God.
8 He that loveth not knoweth not God, for God is love.
9 In this was manifested the loved of God toward us,
because that God sent His only begotten Son into the
world that we might live through Him.
10 Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that He
loved us and sent His son to be the propitiation for
our sins.
11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we ought also to love
one another.
Let's pray together. Father, we thank You for the privilege of being a
part of this family. For the opportunities that we have in this place to
