1. Just this past week, one of our members who work's
at the Post Office brought me a few of the letters
written by children that the Post Office had received
addressed to Santa Claus. I found some of them to be
quite amusing, what the children asked for, how they
asked for things and how they spelled some of their
words. Others I found to be very touching. Let me
share with you a few of them just as they were
written:
Dear Santa:
How many presents do you have in your sleigh? I want a
gameboy. I want a schoooll supples colord pencils. How
many elves died? Have a Merry Christmas.
Dear Santa:
How are you? Please bring me a golden retriever and
$1,000,000.00 for Christmas. If you can't, I would
also like a pair of leather boots, Mary Kate & Ashley
stuff, art supplies and a groovy stackaby room. Thank
you. P.S. I want an elf!!
Dear Santa Claus:
I want to wish you and Mrs. Claus the best one yet to
come. Christmas is a very special holiday and is very
cold. On Christmas day I spent time with my family and
know that you should to. Mr. Santa Claus I just wanted
you to know that I have always wondered if you were
really fat I mean not trying to be mean but are you?
