Ken D. Trivette
II Peter 3:9-10

#8 was the signing of the Declaration of Independence in 1776.
#7 was the Chinese alchemists discovery of the recipe for gunpowder in the year 1100.
#6 was the discovery and connection between sickness and germs in 1882.
#5 was the invention of the telescope in 1610.
#4 was the Industrial Revolution that began in 1796.
#3 was when Martin Luther nailed his "Ninety Five Theses" to the door of the All Saints Church in Wittenburg, Germany in 1517, which led to the Reformation. The face of religion was permanently changed.
#2 was Christopher Columbus discovery of a new world in 1492.
