Daniel 3, Matthew 28, Psalm 122
We have some students that are good in track and field. It seems that they win almost everything do and every race they run. If they don't win it, they are on the platform and I suggest this, 'if they don't win or place, it's not because they didn't give their best effort.' They do their best every time.
Obviously, they have been taught to take a little 'pride' in what they do and the value of giving their all. This is good because it honors biblical principles. (In all you do, do it as unto the Lord or 'don't you know that the runners in a stadium all race...RUN in such a way to WIN THE PRIZE.) Man, we like that. Just don't miss this truth; Paul words are meant to illustrate that the way we approach sports is the same way we should approach the spiritual. We should have the same passion, focus, and determination spiritually as we do physically. I'm not a prophet nor the son of a prophet, but I offer this; If (or when) we approach our Lord, His message, His methods, and His mandates with equal passion of our hobbies, we might see God hear from heaven, forgive our sin, and heal our land. By definition, that would be 'REVIVAL.''

#10 was ''Weak Pulpits''. This begins with me and extends to every pulpit in the body (I.E. SS, Connect Groups, Mission Groups, Students, etc). We must rightly divide God's word.
#9 was ''Tiny faith''. We serve a big God, capable of doing great things. He's not only capable, but He wants to. ''Lord, increase our faith.''
#8 was ''Timid Prayers''. Nothing of any eternal consequence happens outside of prayer. Our prayers are the gauge of o ...
