In this series we are looking at Who Jesus Is? In order for you to truly understand Christianity you have to understand Who Jesus Is and What He has done. You can get every else mixed up in the Bible but you cannot get mixed up on Jesus.

I. There Are 2 Men
A. When God looks at Humanity He Sees 2 Men
1. He sees Adam who is the First Adam
2. He sees Jesus who is the Last Adam
B. Every Person is in either in Adam or In Jesus
1. We are all born into Adam and are Lost.
2. We can be born into Jesus and be saved
C. There is a contrast between the 2
1. The First Adam was created on the 6th day, the Last Adam died on the 6th
Day and brings us into a New Creation
2. The First Adam was made from Earth, the Last Adam came from Heaven
3. The First Adam was King over creation, the last is King/Priest over New
Creation.
4. The First Adam was tested in a perfect garden and disobeyed God, the Last
Adam was tested in a Wilderness and a Garden and obeyed God.
5. The First Adam goes to sleep and his bride is formed out of his side, the
Second Adam Jesus goes to sleep (death) blood water come out of side
And His Bride the church comes forth.
6. The First Adam disobeys God with a Tree, the Last Adam obeys God on a tree.
II. Jesus Brings a Gift v. 15-16
A. The First Adam brought Trespass
1. He brought about sin.
2. His trespass was rebellion, pride and self centerdness.
Key Pt: Adam was told specifically by God what not to do. He was given abundance
And provision but wanted that which God had told him not to have.
Remember he listened to satan who was offering everything he already had
