Have you ever found yourself being on somebody else's bad side?

You did something to upset/offend them;
You did something contrary to their standards and expectations;
You did something that wasn't pleasing to them.

You know what it's like when you've run out of favor with that person or it seems like nothing is ever received or accepted by them? Sometimes it takes a while to get back on their good side. Or what about that person that gets on your bad side? You know how you treat them or how you handle them. Parents can relate to this with their kids; we know how this can be with our neighbors; and believe it or not, it even makes its way to our church setting! This situation is nothing new because God has been dealing with this with mankind since the beginning of creation. From the very beginning, man was disobedient because of choices made and we've been working diligently to get back on God's good side. Unlike some of the people we may have to deal with, God still loves us and provides for us and all He wants is for us to do is make ''A Return to a Right Standing with God!''

We find ourselves in the Book of Hosea. This book marks the beginning of the books known as the ''minor prophets'' and are dubbed so only because of the length of their writings. There is nothing minor about the prophetic words and instruction given since everything God has given us is major for use in our daily lives.
