John 4:1-14

The Bible teaches us that God is Omniscient, which means that He is all-knowing. Psalm 147:5 states, ''Great is our Lord, and of great power: his understanding is infinite.'' When you think about the fact that God is all-knowing, it further tells us that nothing is done in our lives by chance or coincidence. God allows and permits things to happen and take place for our growth and development. Some may say, ''Why would a good God allow bad things to happen to His people?'' Perception will tell you it's bad because you may not feel good about it when it happens, but we need to also understand that what we go through today is really for our tomorrow! The Apostle Paul tells us in Romans 8:28, ''And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.'' The same thing applies as it relates to people coming in and out of your life. There's a reason people are there now, and a reason some are no longer in your life. Some people teach us good things; some teach bad things; some help us to love and be patient; some show us just how blessed we are and just how much of a blessing we can be to others. The fact of the matter is, we need each other even when we don't agree or can't understand why things are happening the way they are unfolding. Just like Jesus met this woman at the well, He's ready to meet you wherever you are in life right now. Let's talk about, ''A Meeting at the Well.''

He further writes, ''It is evident that John was ...
