2 Corinthians 10:3-5

Brain washing is an appalling practice which is used by godless people for the purpose of controlling the thoughts of individuals.
The word ''brainwashing'' was first used by journalist Edward Hunter in the Miami Newspaper in September 1950, shortly after the Korean War began at the end of June. He used the Chinese term, to explain why in such a short period of time during the war some American prisoners of war cooperated with their Chinses captors and in a few cases even defected to their side.
