''I Am For Our Spiritual APPETITE''

When I was a boy, no matter what meal my mother had prepared, as far as my dad was concerned, it was incomplete unless it included bread. Dad could be eating a bowl of peaches/cottage cheese, but there would have to be some type of bread involved.

A recent article in Medical News Today listed several benefits of eating bread:
