YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEEI GUILTY!
"UP-TIGHT' HAS BEEN A DESCRIPTION OF PEOPLE S FEELINGS
IN RECENT YEARS. IT MEANS THE SAME THING AS "TENSE" OR
ON EDGE. UP-TIGHT PEOPLE ARE UNDER STRESS. IF YOU ARE
UP-TIGHT, YOU LOSE YOUR itCOOL OR CALMNESS QUITE EASILY.
YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO "HANG LOOSE' AND ENJOY LIFE. ONE WIT
SAID: "AMERICA USED TO BE CALLED A MELTING POT, BUT NOW IT
HAS BECOME A PRESSURE COOKER.
WHAT CAUSES THE PRESSURE? WHENCE COMES THE UP-TIGHTNESS?
