THE IDENTITY OF THE BELIEVER III; THE WARRIOR.

EPH. 6: 10-13
(10) Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his
might. (11) Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to
STAND against the wiles of the devil. (12) For we wrestle not against
flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the
rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high
places. (13) Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye
may be able to WITHSTAND in the evil day, and having done all, to
STAND.

2TIM 2:3-4
(3) Thou therefore endure hardness, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ.
(4) No man that warreth entangleth himself with the affairs of this life;
that he may please him who hath chosen him to be a soldier.!

ROMANS 8:35-37
(35) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or
distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? (36)
As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are
accounted as sheep for the slaughter. (37) Nay, in all these things we
are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

1. MOST thought we were spoil sports. We were not as excited
and jubilant as those who surrounded the young couple being
sent off to the ministry. Some thought we were grieving over
the loss of their obviously gifted ministry, still others said
aloud that we were jealous of their gifts and Charisma. But the
truth was one we could not share with the crowd of supporters.
We had shared it with them privately. THE TRUTH WAS
THEY JUST WERE NOT READY, THEY WERE NOT
PREPARED. THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS
AHEAD AND LIKE MANY OF ...
