ANCHOR IN THE STORM
RANDAL L. ROSS
JOHN 15:1-14
JANUARY 19, 1992

INTRO: AMERICA IS AFRAID AND THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
SAFETY AND SECURITY.

A. AMERICA IS AFRAID BECAUSE IT KNOWS THE FUTURE WILL
BE DIFFERENT THAN WHAT THEY HAVE EXPERIENCED AT
ANYTIME IN THE PAST.

1. They are concerned, deeply insecure because they do
not know what to do about the future.

2. ALMOST EVERYONE CAN SENSE IT, FEEL IT! A STORM IS

GOD'S BLESSINGS IN THE STORMS OF LIFE.

1. FIRST IS VISION; vision is the God given direction ...
