Colossians 3:5-15

In Acts 11:26b we read, “In Antioch the disciples were first called Christians.” The name meant “little Christs.” What started out as a derogatory term used by people to mock Christians became the ultimate compliment. The fact that there was something about their lives that associated them with Jesus Christ was truly an honor. God would use those early believers, though small in number, and limited in resources, to spread Christianity throughout the entire Roman Empire.
