Have you ever experienced a RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS? - You are minding your business and someone buys your meal or gas for instance. - And kindness when you are not expecting it, or could really use it... it can change your life. - And listen... there is a kindness that we all NEED to experience. - And once we have... we will never get over it. Never. In fact... we will become a people that extend kindness grace, mercy, and love to others. There is a transformational kindness - Can you use some kindness today?
In 2 Samuel 9 David is in full power, his kingdom is secure. In this moment David decides he would like to show kindness to Saul's family for the sake of his friend Jonathan.
Remember - Saul was the former king. God chose David to replace Saul.
Saul was jealous of David and tried to kill him multiple times.
Jonathan was loyal to David even though it meant he would not become king. David and Jonathan actually made a covenant of friendship together... Jonathan said to David ...
