He Knows Where the Fish Are
Steve Wagers
Luke 5:1-10

Man went fishing on Sunday. Caught the most fish he had ever caught, and even landed a state record. One of the angels asked Jesus why He blessed him so much fishing, when he should have been in church on Sunday. Jesus said, ''Who's he going to tell?''

Game warden finally caught up with a man who was catching more fish than the regulations allowed. Asked the man his secret. Met man the next day to go with him. Got in the boat. Miles out onto the lake. Man never said a word. Warden kept asking questions. Man lit a stick of dynamite, handed it to the warden and said, ''Are you going to talk or fish?''

At the beginning of the earthly ministry of the Lord Jesus, he takes a fishing expedition. Luke is the ONLY Gospel writer to record this fishing trip. Jesus, a carpenter's son goes fishing. But, He knows where the fish are.
