1 Corinthians 13:4
A 1st-grade teacher and her class of (30) 6 yr-olds, had watched it rain all day long. Trapped inside by Mother Nature, the 8-hrs of pent-up energy had taken its toll. Frazzled, the poor teacher began getting her students ready to go home. One after another, she put on rain gear/galoshes, until finally, she came to the last child. As she began putting on her galoshes, she noticed they seemed snug. She struggled/strained, pulled/tugged, grunted/groaned until finally, she got the galoshes on the girl's feet. Just as she finished, the girl said, ''These aren't my galoshes!'' The teacher was miffed. So, she struggled/strained, pulled/tugged, grunted/groaned, until finally, she yanked the galoshes off the girl's feet. Just as got them off, the little girl said, ''They're my sister's. She lets me wear them sometimes.''

Patient - Not in a hurry. Willing to wait. Unflappable. Having a long-fuse. Long-suffering - can be a friend!
FE - I read a few fascinating stats this week regarding driving and impatience as it pertains to red-lights:
- 93% of drivers say running a light is unacceptable, yet 1/3 drivers have run a red-light in last 30 days
- In fact, someone runs a red-light once every 20 min
- The result - there are an avg. of 165k accidents per yr caused by people running a red-lights
