Matthew 9:35-38
Today we continue unpacking our “Foundations for the Future” by focusing on those foundational beliefs which make us stronger as a church body. My goal as your pastor is for any one of us to be able to respond to people who ask about this church and what we believe with this: we believe the Bible is our guidebook, we believe that God loves us & has a plan for us, we believe that ALL people matter to God, we believe that we should seek to honor God in all we do, and we deeply believe the local church is the hope of the world. Did you get that, WHOEVER, that means anyone, everyone, with no one left out? Paul wrote the Galatians saying that “IN JESUS – There is neither Jew nor Greek (that would be Jew or Gentile), slave or free, male nor female, for you are all one in Jesus Christ.”
In other words, “The ground is level at the fo ...
