Intro: There will be times where we will be wronged by someone: Family Friend Neighbor Co-worker/Teammate/Classmate Boss/Teacher Sometimes they do this un-intentionally Off-the-cuff conversation Unconscious action Unconsciously reactionary Sometimes they do this intentionally Premediated and on purpose Don't like you Do it for selfish reasons The flip side is unforgiveness Maybe they've asked for forgiveness and you've put it off Maybe they haven't asked because they don't know they wronged you and you're putting off talking with them

Brings bitterness into new relationships and experiences (especially when you're looking for people) Hard time enjoying life Can't stop thinking about the situation/person We can't wave what someone did to us as ''no big'' deal We shouldn't undervalue our pain and hurt We shouldn't minimize what they did This doesn't help anyone Person hurt Person doing the hurting There's an opportunity missed out on when we say ''no big'' deal
