The Bible (2 of 5)
Series: The Problem of God
Craig Smith
2 Timothy 3:14- 16
I. Introduction
Welcome to all of our campuses. I'm so glad you're with us this weekend. Before I get into our content for today, let me just do a couple of quick things:

Please use them as they are intended.
2. I want to let you know about a great resource by Pastor Mark Clark out in Vancouver. A couple of years ago he wrote a great book called The Problem of God: Answering a Skeptics Challenges to Christianity. [picture of the book] I highly recommend this book. I like his approach so much that we wanted to honor him by including the title of his book in our series title and we got permission from him to use the book graphic as our series graphic. Now, I'm not teaching from the book, my content is quite a bit different from his, but that means that this book is a great supplement to this series and I want to encourage you to pick up a copy. You'll be glad you did.
3. Ok, one last thing before we get to today's content: I want to let you know that next weekend is very special weekend. We have a guest speaker, a friend of mine, Dr. Stephen Meyer from the Discovery Institute. Dr. Meyer is the author of several books including the ground-breaking book, Signature in the Cell, where he argues from scientific evidence that belief in God isn't just reasonable...it's required. Dr. Meyer will be with us next week teaching on the Problem of God and Science. This will be a great, g ...
