Introduction: Determination! ''I will build. . .''

A. He founded it alone! Isaiah 63:5 5 ''I looked, but there was no one to help, I was appalled that no one gave support; so my own arm worked salvation for me, and my own wrath sustained me.'' (NIV)

Isaiah 53:2-6 4 ''Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. 5 But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed. 6 We all, like sheep, have gone astray, each of us has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.'' B. He is building it through You!. The whole intention of God was to move His favor from the limitations of the Jewish family and to broaden it out to the whole world. The Church was God's idea and plan Eph 2:11-22 11 Therefore, remember that formerly you who are Gentiles by birth and called ''uncircumcised'' by those who call themselves ''the circumcision'' (that done in the body by the hands of men)-- 12 remember that at that time you were separate from Christ, excluded from citizenship in Israel and foreigners to the covenants of the promise, without hope and without God in the world. 13 But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far away have been brought near through the blood of Christ. 14 For he himself is our peace, who has made the two one and has destroyed the barrier, the dividing wall of hostility, 15 by abolishing in his flesh the law with its commandments and regulations.
