Luke 4

Twenty-one years ago, Egyptian-Air Flight 990 plunged into the Atlantic Ocean just off the coast of New York. Investigators rushed to the scene of the crash and when the black boxes were recovered, we learned of a struggle that took place in the cockpit for control.

The movements of the controls were synchronized with the voices on the recorder. The FFA placed the blame of the crash on the co-pilot who deliberately placed the plane into a steep dive -- while the pilot desperately tried to pull it up.

The difference is that Jesus never yielded control to Satan. Jesus withstood and resisted every temptation. As a result, his character was completely flawless.

We're in a series called, ''The Perfect Jesus.'' Don Lemon (CNN) said, ''Jesus did not live a perfect life.'' So, we're looking at the perfect life of the Son of God. Today, let's think about His flawless character.
