If you have your Bibles with you now this morning, turn with me to the book of Psalms. Again, that hymn book in the middle of His book, as we mentioned last week. As we look at another passage in our series of sermons for this summer that we've entitled Psalms That Sing. Last week, if you were here and will remember, we looked at Psalm 89 and we learned that the God that we know, the God that we worship, the God that we love and the God that we serve is a faithful God, and as a result of that, we should praise his faithful character. We should trust his faithful covenant. We should appreciate his faithful correction and we should await his faithful completion.

Now this morning I want us to look at another Psalm and learn about another one of what you might call the characteristics or the aspects, another one of the descriptions of the person of God that is detailed for us here in the 96th Psalm.

Again, as you noticed a moment ago with that Psalm, the title of this morning's message is ''How Great is Our God?'' I love that Psalm. I love that we've sung it in both services this morning. I love that I was looking, listening to the world version on the way into church with my kids today, where you've got all these different languages - Russian and Zulu and Afrikaans, and I think Portuguese, even, on there today. I love that song and what it says to us. You're there making your way to Psalm 96. As you're making your way there, listen to this story.
