Introduction: Last year at Christmas we gave Carrie her first car. For months she had been saying that she wanted a red, Jeep Cherokee. In the weeks prior to Christmas I found lots of car, good cars, affordable cars, that I thought would be just right for her. However, they were not exactly what she had requested. Just a few days before Christmas we received a call that a red Jeep Cherokee had been located. According to my brother it was exactly right. I bought it sight unseen over the phone, and had my brother pick it up. He had it washed and waxed and then stored it until we arrived on Christmas eve. At just the right moment we pulled it into the front yard with a big white bow placed on the hood. Well it turned out to be a great Christmas for Carrie and for the entire family. But there's more to the story. All of a sudden, everywhere I went I began to see red Jeep Cherokee's. I don't know that I had ever noticed one before, but all of a sudden, they seemed to be everywhere. Why? Because now I had a special interest in them and I was constantly looking for them. We generally are able to see what we are looking for.

I share that with you this morning because I am a firm believer that you will find in life and get out of life what you are looking for.
