Luke 2:25-35

Introduction/Attention

This morning, we conclude our series entitled Christmas Playlist. There are four songs in the New Testament associated with the birth of Christ. There is Mary's Song in Luke 1:46-55, Zechariah's Song in Luke 1:67-69, The Angel's Song, in Luke 2:13-14, and Simeon's Song in Luke 2:28-35. And for some reason, if you add it all up, there are 184 birds that ''my true love gave to me.'' That's just weird! What would you do with all those birds? Then, there are some creepy songs. Like, Santa Baby or Baby, It's Cold Outside. Have you listened to the lyrics of those songs? Better yet, DON'T listen to the lyrics of those songs. There's, I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus. Good luck ex ...
