Bingham Bryant discovered an ancient treasure at school. An unusual painting in the library caught his attention and he liked it so much, he told his dad. Bingham's father was an antique dealer and he researched the painting and learned it had hung on the walls at his son's school for seventy years!
Walter Crane painted that masterpiece in 1878, and he called it, ''The Horses of Neptune.'' After his death, his heir loaned the painting to the Old Lyme School in 1935. That painting, which collected dust for seventy years, was sold at auction for $1 million!
