Luke 6:6-11

No doubt you've heard of a ''crime of opportunity'' but I bet you've never heard of a ''miracle of opportunity.'' A crime of opportunity is when someone doesn't plan to commit a crime but does. They may happen upon an unlocked door or a lawnmower left out on the front lawn and cave in to temptation. Theirs is a crime of opportunity. What about a miracle of opportunity? Jesus engaged in the miraculous where and when He discovered the opportunity. Jesus healed and delivered people where and when He found them no matter the circumstances of His day.

11 But they were filled with rage, and discussed with one another what they might do to Jesus. ...
