A Miracle of Touch (15 of 16)
Series: The Miracles of Luke
Richard Bradley
Luke 8:40-48

It seems a crowd followed Jesus everywhere He went and it didn't seem to matter what He was doing. This is certainly understandable. They had seen Him feed the hungry, heal the sick, and raise the dead. Who wouldn't follow a show like that? And what a crowd! The word for multitude in this passage doesn't describe an orderly crowd following Jesus and the disciples at a respectable distance. No, this word describes an almost riotous or thronging crowd. There were people everywhere and they were all over Jesus and His disciples. This must have been an almost exhausting way for these men to live.
