Zephaniah 3:17
''The Lord your God in your midst,?The Mighty One, will save;?He will rejoice over you with gladness,?He will quiet you with His love,?He will rejoice over you with singing.''
Using my holy imagination as I read this verse, I could see the Lord coming down out of Heaven and engulfing me in His essence. His essence was like fire but also like a cool summer breeze. His presence was like a fresh drink of cold water. His presence was laced with love, joy, warmth, and extreme peace. This drawing was the vision the Lord gave me from the inspiration of this verse. His presence was like Heaven too me.
The Prophet Zephaniah, under the inspiration of Father God, writes a powerful verse and I believe it is the most powerful in Zephaniah Three.
First let us meditate upon The Lord your God in your midst. The word midst1 in the Hebrew language means the following: among you, inner part, middle, physical sense, as the seat of thought and emotion, and among a number of people.
Beautiful, did you pay attention to what you are learning? God's presence can be experience emotionally, inside of your own body, and it can be felt among others, such as at church during worship. This has been prophesied by the half-brother of Jesus; James. Draw2 near to God and He will draw near to you.
Do not miss this concept; try it for you are going to like it. When you are at church singing the songs ask the Lord to manifest His Holy presence so you can feel His touch. Of course this mean you have to go to church on time to experience his presence. So many in church come walking in with only one song left. Listen, when you step into His presence you need to expect or with anticipation of a physical touch from the Lord.
To me I want to run to my Father's house and I want to be early so I can find a good seat near the front. Knowing in my heart I can experience the Lord's presence, and then I quiet m ...
