Romans 5:1-5
Romans 6: 4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.
Our Easter series is entitled ''Out of the Grave'' and basically has to do with this new life in Christ.
Last week I ended with 5 things that happen when you come out of the grave and walk with Jesus.
1. A New Heart
2. New way of thinking
3. A New Song
4. A New Name
5. New Creation
This morning I want to continue our series as we take a look at three passages of Scripture in three chapters of Romans and hopefully paint a further picture of what new life can, could and should look like for a believer.
Have you ever tried to assemble something but needed to ''see it''?
The instructions didn't really make sense unless you got the picture in your head.
Paul, in the book of Romans is lining out a picture of what this ''new life'' can be.
I believe one of the greatest witnesses to Christianity is the changed lives of people who believe and follow Jesus. We will pray that today your life will be changed as we encounter Jesus in the Word and in Spirit!

1Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ. 2Through him we have also obtained access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God. 3Not only that, but we rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, 4and endurance produces character, and character produces hope,
5and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
