Genesis 3:8-24

Sin changes everything. It's transformative. It shapes, it distorts, it warps ... It changes us, it changes our environment... sin is transformational. It has CONSEQUENCES. We have seen that sin was not originally a part of this world. God created everything and said it was very good. Our first parents, Adam and Eve, were placed by God in a perfect environment, but Satan came along and tempted Eve, and Adam and Eve sinned...and nothing has been the same. Adam and Eve's sin came with consequences. Sin alway promises a lot and delivers only death and destruction. Adam and Eve set out to be their own god, and ended up separated from God and bringing sin, pain, disease, destruction, and death into the world. Look with me at the story of the fall and how sin changed everything.

[8] And they heard the sound of ...
