JESUS CHRIST is living proof that, as the angel told Mary, "with
God nothing is impossible" (Luke 1: 37).
An angelic band declared, "Glory to God in the highest," and
when they did, all heaven broke loose.
That night in the little town of Bethlehem when God stepped into
"Time", the Ancient of Days became a newborn baby in Judea.
The dark night's sky formed a canopy for the Light of the World.
In that historical moment all the angels of Heaven rejoiced and
all the demons of hell trembled to see God - - - with US.
In the expression "God with us" the participle means "together
with us" or "sharing with us." God, up close and personal.
To the skeptic who says, "I don't believe in God because I can't
see Him", God showed Himself in the person of Bethlehem's baby.
Dr. Werner von Braun, NASA pioneer, who did have the intellect
of a rocket scientist, made this observation regarding God: "The
public has a deep respect for the amazing scientific advances
made within our lifetime. There is admiration for the scientific
process of observation, experimentation, or testing every
concept to measure its validity. But it still bothers some
people that we cannot prove scientifically that God exists. Must
we lift a candle to see the sun?"
To identify Himself as the baby born to Mary in Bethlehem, God
had the prophets define Him in 322 ways, hundreds of years in
advance. Knowing the critical nature and skeptical inclination
