Introduction
1. I have a dear friend - a young man who is in prison today and it is not over any violent crime. He didn't kill anybody, rob anybody and he really is no danger to anybody. I have known him since he was a young man and he was one of the finest young men I've ever met. He is in jail today, because he allowed himself to get involved with a young lady who was just under 18. Now, the silver lining in this cloud is he is not just remorseful, but he is repentant, he has confessed and he is walking with the Lord. God is using him where he is.

I am not talking about the crime that got him there; I am talking about the decision he made that caused him to commit the crime that got him there. He is not there primarily because he broke the law; he is there primarily because he broke God's rules concerning temptation.

They are either saying, ''Help me with me'' (there is some issue they are dealing with that is related to their self-image and their self-esteem) or they are saying ''Help me with worry'' - (they have a financial situation or a marital situation or some other type of situation they simply can't solve and they are worried to death over it.)
4. Today, we are going to deal with the third area where not only do certain people need help, but frankly we all need help and that is in the area of temptation.
5. I want to challenge you to think about something. If you think about every regret you have in life, every do-over, or as we golfers would say ...
