HOW TO ATTAIN AND MAINTAIN COMFORT
ROMANS 15: 14 - 33
(PAGE 1664 COME ALIVE BIBLE)

JESUS CHRIST commissioned His followers to "go" and take the
gospel to "all the world." Faithfulness by His loyal followers
resulted in the good news confronting different cultures. In His
wisdom, He appointed persons equipped to meet particular needs
with specific assignments. He chose the cultured young

Paul had a strong personal faith for what may seem like the most
unlikely reason. He was a member of the prestigious Sanhedrin;
the equivalent of our Supreme Court. He was a member of the
party assigned to investigate the reported resurrection. As head
of a delegation to seek our believers in Damascus and force a
confession denying the resurrection, He himself became convinced
of the resurrection and became a follower of the Christ. It was

world government, the good news could spread through their trade
routes. This letter of instruction was to insure they
understood the claims and capacity of the gospel.
His testimony herein included is a model testimony. It wasn't
designed to call attention to self but to focus on the grace of
God.
In this section, Paul gives insight into the distinctiveness of
his ministry to help his message be better understood. This is
intended to help persons attain and maintain comfort - - -
